Individual Counseling
Counseling services are best for clients who are managing longer lasting or more large scale mental health concerns. Counseling sessions work through past, present, and future issues and are typically longer in length than coaching sessions.
Our counselors specialize in a wide range of presenting issues and treat individuals through a number of therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioral, Mindfulness, Narrative, Acceptance and Commitment, Internal Family Systems, Motivational Interviewing, Solution Focused, and Humanistic counseling.
Coaching Services
Coaching services are provided by our licensed professional counselors. Coaching is a great fit for clients who are managing the day to day stressors of life from challenges with friends or dating to relationships or family conflict to anxiety and work stress.
We offer a number of different coaching packages, but each includes at least one 30-minute session, a real time phone call, and instant messaging throughout the week. Coaching can be scheduled week of or even day of as availability allows so it is great for clients who want to process more current issues in real time.
Couple's Counseling
Couples counseling provides a supportive space for partners to strengthen communication, rebuild trust, and navigate challenges together. Walk and Talk Therapy
Walk and Talk Therapy offers a refreshing alternative to traditional in--office sessions by taking your therapy outdoors. Instead of sitting inside, you and your therapist walk side-by-side at a comfortable pace while discussing the same meaningful topics you would in a regular session. Many people find that walking helps ease anxiety, improve focus, and support more open conversation. The movement itself can promote relaxation, reduce stress, and encourage a sense of flow and clarity.
